La Crescenta Montrose Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in La Crescenta-Montrose, CA and surrounding communities, including tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. Services are performed by qualified crew members at the address or property you specify. We reserve the right to decline any job that we determine cannot be completed safely or that falls outside our service area or capabilities.
All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on an on-site assessment of the work to be done. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Prices may change if the scope of work changes after the estimate is accepted, or if site conditions differ materially from what was visible at the time of the estimate. Any change in scope will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds. We do not charge for estimates, and no estimate creates a binding obligation on either party until a written agreement is signed.
Once a job is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Emergency cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances on either side will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible if we need to adjust a scheduled appointment.
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing before work begins. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required at scheduling - this will be noted in your written estimate. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the completion date may be subject to a late fee. If a check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be responsible for any associated bank fees in addition to the invoice balance.
You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment on the scheduled service date. This includes moving vehicles, securing pets, and clearing the work area of items that could interfere with the job. You are responsible for obtaining any permits required for the work before it begins, unless we have agreed in writing to handle permitting on your behalf. If a permit is required and not obtained, we may decline to start or continue the work.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have a concern about a completed job, contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will return to assess and address the issue at no additional charge, provided the concern is related to the original scope of work. This does not cover conditions that arise from natural causes, weather events, or circumstances outside our control after the work is complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Crescenta Montrose Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific job shall not exceed the amount paid for that job. We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage - please ask for proof of insurance before work begins.
